CVE-2026-56096Information Disclosure in extension "Apache Solr for TYPO3 - Enterprise Search" (solr)
Medium 6.3
In plain English
A medium-severity security flaw in Extension "Apache Solr for TYPO3 - Enterprise Search" from TYPO3. There are no confirmed reports of exploitation so far. The chance it is exploited in the next 30 days is estimated at 0.4% (higher than 37% of all known vulnerabilities). Ready-made attack tooling exists: public proof-of-concept code.
Official description
The extension passes the user-supplied search query parameter to Apache Solr without restricting advanced Solr query syntax such as wildcards, field selectors and range queries. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can use this syntax to enumerate indexed field names and extract their stored values through boolean- and range-based blind extraction techniques, independent of any site-specific configuration.
